Shrinkage of natural fabrics: all our textiles are washed before being stitches so shrinkage isn’t an issue usually. With some of our cotton products, there still might be 4-5% shrinking of the cloth

Colour seepage after wash: as we use natural dyes and traditional dyeing techniques, bleeding of colours might be observed in some products. Wash care instructions are provided with the products for the same.

 

Yes. The garments collected will be sorted before being reused or recycled. All garments which are 100% cotton, wool or polyester can be recycled into new fabrics. The rest of the clothing will be turned into materials for the construction and automotive sectors. Garments that cannot be reused or recycled for reasons of hygiene, health and safety, or quality of the materials undergo a rigorous waste management procedure.

We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed. Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/fit/colour) once an order is placed.

1. Your pick up will be completed in 2-3 business days and then the product will be shipped and delivered to us. This entire process of picking up your product and receiving it at our warehouse takes about 7-10 business days.

2. Once your product reaches us, your exchange will be processed and the product shall further be delivered in 3-5 business days.

3. In case of a broken and damaged product, we will ship a fresh item to you within 48 hours of receiving the complaint from you. Here, the standard delivery timeline of 3-5 business days will be applicable.

  1. In case your product/package is lost/misplaced, we will investigate the issue both internally as well as with our courier partners. If the issue is internal, the resolution will be given within 48 hours. In case this issue is from our courier partner’s end, the issue will be resolved for you within 3-5 business days.
